- Everyone travels by bus to and from the event
- All students must have an ID
- All Guests must have an ID in hand and Guest Form on file to be admitted.
- Any food (including breath mints/ gum) or liquid (including perfume, hand sanitizer, or mouth wash) brought to the dance will be confiscated, so please leave these items at home.
- Do not bring purses/bags larger than 4.5"x6.5".
- All bags will be searched and students will be expected to turn out pockets of jackets/ clothing
- All students and guests are subject to breathalyzer test for entry.
- It will get cold, so bring a jacket or wrap for later on - you can check it at Coat Check.
- We will not be checking shoes at coat check at Prom, so wear shoes you want to keep on your feet!
- If you are not following school rules, including appropriate behavior, consent, and respect of others, you will be pulled aside by Admin and your parents will be called to come and pick you up. No exceptions and no refunds - so don't do it.
April 26: Check in at Gunn, board the Charter Buses. Do not be late or you may be left behind! NOTE: Bus check in times will be staggered. Check the Student Activities Prom Page online the week before Prom for final bus assignments and check-in times. Check your Bus Assignment HERE 7:30 - 8:30 pm Mingle, check some things at coat check, and enjoy the food and the venue. 7:30 -10:45 pm Take advantage of all the activities throughout the evening: dancing, interactive activities, etc. 10:45 – 11:15 pm Get your things from coat check, get back on your bus for roll call and the ride home! Estimated time of return to Gunn – 11:45 PM. |
